Healthy Life

Living a healthy life is one of the most important things in our life. It helps to make our lives longer and better.
Now we would like to give you some pieces of advice to really live a healthy life.
You should eat more veggies and fruits, twice a day if it is possible. You should never smoke. You might be member of a club to practice football or tennis. You may practice sports three times per week.
